Aviva Gold, artist, author, and therapist, demonstrates how to explore and expand one’s creativity by learning to let go of inhibitions, relinquish control and judgment, and embrace the childlike sense of wonder and play. This how-to documentary takes viewers through a process: how to set up a simple space to paint; step-by-step instruction on buying and preparing non-toxic inexpensive materials; how to mix colors; and how to use painting to enhance physical, emotional, and spiritual energy and well-being. Gold presents tips and inspiration on incorporating delight, creativity, and spiritual energy into any type of work. Painting is a spiritual release.
