This DVD documents the story of the I Love Hip Hop in Morocco festival and how it began. A group of Moroccan hip hop artists wished to present a professional concert in their hometown, but met with resistance from their society and scarce financial resources. They appealed to the American Embassy, and were able to acquire the necessary funds to put on the concert. This film interviews many of the Arab participants in the festival for their views on music, life, America, Islam, and the world. Some of the cast of performers include: FatiShow, Mot de Passe, Brownfingaz, MC Bigg, Friaire, h. Kayne, and DJ Key. An interesting and exciting film that shows a different side of how Arab youth think and live.
