Samuel Lind’s Coastal World highlights the work, music, and culture of Samuel Lind, Afro-Puerto Rican graphic artist, painter, and sculptor, whose work is inspired by the Santiago Apostle Festivities with its east coast scenery and popular bomba dance and music. This video follows Lind as he produces his art and music, as well as his attempts to stop gentrification in his town. The film is in Spanish with English subtitles. A very nice examination of one artist and his work.
