A combination of fun facts, real health and diet questions and lots of shtick, Nutrition: Myths and Facts, aims to educate young adults of healthy eating and lifestyle choices. Presented with lots of new stories, infomercials and the like, and can be difficult to know what's good to eat and what should be avoided. Cheesy editing and overuse of animation aside, the game show like format of the documentary is informative and entertaining.

HRM products are typically well done, and as always, HRM products come with teaching guides and additional resources. Nutrition: Myths and Facts is of good quality in terms of video, audio and editing components, and is recommended. This film best suited for school libraries, and compliments curriculum units on health, nutrition and physical education.
