Like another production by Gwyn and Alan Gorg entitled, Third World Investment Seminar, this film begins with a rough animation without title or introduction. This work has no overview of its content. Here, caricatures of Reich Minister of Propaganda Goebbels and Hitler discuss propaganda and entrancing the German populace to a call to arms prior to World War II. The film makers contend that there is a predictable pattern for those who design to excite nations to war: mobilization, provocation, and invasion. The film gains traction as it gives prime examples of this pattern in North Korean Leaders Kim Jong Il and Kim Il Sung, Lyndon B. Johnson (regarding the Gulf of Tonkin incident) and George W. Bush (regarding claims of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq). This potent message could have been delivered with clearer detail and objectivity. Instead, the film took on character of repetitious derision. This work concludes with a stirring montage of images of casualties in wars.

Regrettably, this film suffers dearly from woeful production and editing. While the core theme of this work had tremendous potential, the compounded effects of the poor animations, repeated changes in volume levels, cut-outs in audio, repetitious use of character dialog, and overall shoddy delivery overshadow any merit of the content.
