The Eco team hosts Michael and Andrea are back teaching the world about new and affordable ways to supply safe water to solve one of the earth’s ongoing problems. Only a small portion of the earth’s water is fresh and drinkable, and can be safely used for farming and washing. This DVD pays significant attention concerning the demand of this resource and how we must work to renew, replenish and restore this priceless commodity by way of the earth’s natural water cycle and through newer technologies that detoxify and leave water palatable for human consumption. The overall focus on water and desalination treatment plants makes the process and concerns very understandable for those who are just learning about this concept. This resource is a fine introduction and will be a great collection choice for schools, and public libraries.

This DVD has been produced with high standards. The audio quality is excellent and the graphics enhance the global comprehension of water treatment and why it is crucial. Both these elements add to the understanding and belief that we need to find ways to improve our situation before we end up in a full blown crisis. The hosts are easy to understand, have a good presence and are both believable and likeable. Highly recommended.
