Iztapalapa, Mexico 1984, a truck driver and his acquaintance find a baby lying next to his dead mother in a deserted area in a dry lakebed. Years later, three stories develop each one related to the other. Childhood friends José, Felipe and Andrés are reunited again. Their lives are bound by a tragic event. Felipe works in an Internet café where he is trying to date one of the customers. Andrés has to deal with the abuse of his alcoholic father. José lost in himself works for his father in an ice factory. Their lives revolve in a dark, sad, and depressing environment part of it linked to the baby found in the lakebed.

A quite interesting and profound film, where social issues, history, and traditions are brought together in what it could be a marginalized area not just in Mexico but in many other countries.

The picture and sound quality are good. It is in Spanish with the optional subtitles in English. Awards
