This interactive two disc DVD, coaches caregivers about how to accurately observe, recognize, intercede and stop aggressive behaviors in young children. This self-guided professional development tool focuses on early childhood development and narrows the emphasis to children’s personal and social growth. These DVD’s are research based and use direct observation vignettes, interviews, exercises and quizzes that allow caregivers time for reflection, practice, and meaningful discussion. This resource is comprehensive and can be imbedded for professional development opportunities and used in-house for one individual, or a whole classroom of students, depending on the needs of the facilitator. This program will surely support the performance of teachers and help them meet their job expectations. The quality of this resource is excellent with navigation controls handily available through the use of your remote. This resource is recommended and would be of great value to those who have the responsibility of educating teachers as well as college students who are thinking about careers in early childhood education.
