This film tells the story of two teenage boys, Quillan and Tre, who grow up in one of the toughest gang neighborhoods in London yet are able to focus on riding bikes and eventually make it to the BMX World Championships. This inspirational documentary follows the two boys from their early training and preparations, various defeats and victories along the way, their relationships with families and friends, up to the final championship race. The film also focuses on the Peckham BMX Club, a south London biking group that has grown exponentially with Quillan and Tre's successes, from 45 to 900 riders. Quillan became the 2012 UCI Boys 16 World Champion, and has won three British Junior championships as well as a two-time national championship. Tre has made it to the quarter finals of the UCI BMX SuperCross World Cup a number of times. All age levels will enjoy watching and cheering on these two boys as they strive to become more than their surroundings and backgrounds.
