While the stories are inspiring, and show how they have maximized their abilties in their own lives, there is little instruction on how to apply it to one’s own life. There are no professional opinions from psychologists or other human resource experts here.
With the disc comes a 23 page pdf guide that teachers can use to help shape their lesson for the day, and reinforce concepts introduced in the video.
