The personal narratives of young adults who have been involved in unhealthy relationships provide insight as to effective means for dealing with and overcoming unhealthy relationships. The advice given by psychologists and social workers adds to the value of the film. The length is just right for providing a basic introduction to the topic. This resource would be a good addition to school libraries and college libraries supporting programs in psychology and social work.
