As this film clearly points out “every household is an inhalant house.” Plastic bags, rubber bands and any number of household chemicals are readily available that can be, and are, used. Huffing is when a chemical is vaporized and inhaled. Because of the large blood supply to the lungs the chemicals are quickly absorbed and rapidly assimilated in the body’s organs. Permanent damage can be done to any number of vital parts including the lung, heart, kidney, liver, brain and can even cause cancer in the long term. Death is always a possibility at any time without warning.

The subject matter as well as the consequences are terrifying and the film clearly points out warning signs that a parent may not associate with inhalants. Any and all education on this subject is always a plus.
