Unstuck captures Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), a misunderstood mental health issue, through the eyes of children and teenagers who struggle to maintain control of their lives. As captured through the interview vignettes, the difficulties controlling behavior is a real one. Each child candidly shares about his or her fight with the obsessions, compulsions, and rituals that plague them, and how they have each worked through the process of treatment and recovery. This film should be included in collections that support counseling, disability studies, social work, psychology, and education, more specifically, special education.
