The film utilizes interview segments with three clinical psychologists to reinforce both the negative effects of stress and interventions that work. Additionally, individual students offer insight into how stress affects them and methods they use to deal with it. Ten coping techniques are offered that could be applied to a variety of settings and situations. The film will serve as a useful instructional resource in a health education class or general psychology class. A teacher’s guide is also included with the DVD. Overloaded will be a useful resource for counselors and educators.
