Interviews with those struggling with addiction and clinical professionals provide the viewer with information on what addiction is, and the forms that addiction takes, as well as steps for overcoming addiction. Since so much of our lives are spent on our phones, this film is timely as it offers suggestions for avoiding addiction. The film could be a useful instructional resource in a health education class or a time management seminar. A teacher’s guide is also included with the DVD. This film would be a useful resource for counselors, educators, and parents.
