The story of the faith is told through dramatic recreations, talking heads, and archival photos of the “Prophet-Herald,” who was known as the Báb (Persian for “gate”). At a time of messianic expectation in the Christian and Islamic worlds in the first half of the nineteenth century, the Báb proclaimed in Persia that a new era in world religions was coming. Basically, that all world religions are merely different sources of the same light.
Sound and audio were as perfect as any seen by this reviewer. Audio gives the choice of Dolby Digital 5.1 surround and 2.0 stereo audio with English as the spoken language and subtitles in Spanish and English.
The bonus features give more background to the story and also more particulars of the Bahá’í Faith.
