A variety of research studies have shown the role that spirituality and religion play in the faith development of adolescents ("Processes of religious and spiritual influence in adolescence", Hardy et al.; "Support for adolescent spirituality", Cobb et al.; and, "Teenagers' perceptions of spirituality", Wintersgill). This film approaches the impact and influence of spirituality through the personal faith journeys of six adolescents from varying backgrounds. The interviews capture the struggle that each person went through as they defined their belief in God, religious tradition, the role of religion in society, and the impact of faith as they matured.
